RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring all the stages of project life cycle, coordinating resources, user training and monitoring project execution to ensure successful project milestones are met.
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide help daily phone support and enquiries to the banks and brokerage
- Perform daily operations and system monitoring
- Handle all the on-going maintenance and client operation support activities;
- Follow up production issues, g. investigate the root causes and ensure remedial and corrective measures are implemented.
- Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
- Shift work may be required.
